Our client is a Boston-based investment management company seeking a Business Continuity Administrative Assistant. This person will liaise with associates internationally and locally to provide support for the Reporting team in the areas of Program Management, Insurance Coordination, Vendor Management, and Employee On-Boarding. In this role, he/she will be assisting with the implementation of corporate business planning, operate as the primary contact for system-related questions, schedule meetings, provide administrative support for all team interviews, assist in the coordination of all team and vendor relationships, work closely with International Support to facilitate the on-boarding process, assisting with training modules, support maintenance of reporting and documentation, and ad hoc projects as needed. This role pays 20/hr, and is slated to be a year-long contract. This role will start remotely, but candidates should be expected to go into the office 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year administrative experience in a corporate setting, top-notch communication skills, and superb attention to detail.
