Senior Customer Service Representative

One of our top clients in the manufacturing industry is hiring for a Senior Customer Service Agent & Order Administrator!

This role is hiring ASAP and can interview as soon as next day!

Position Summary:

  • Process new sales orders and obtain quotes from vendors when required for subcontractor operations.
  • Ensure documentation on customer and company paperwork is accurate to ensure that product delivered meets all customer specifications.
  • Address inconsistencies or problems with documents, raw materials or manufacturing processes.
  • Assist customers on telephone and email regarding inquiries/orders, RFQ's, technical questions and order status requests.

Position Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes is not required but highly preferred!
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in an order processing or customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Experience working with an ERP system is preferred but not required!
