Our client seeks a proactive, intelligent, resourceful individual to join the firm's recruiting team. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with the internal team and play a very active role in all aspects of the recruitment process. Primary responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring all candidate interviews in addition to assisting with coordinating various recruiting events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in addition to having the ability to build internal and external relationships. A Bachelor's Degree is required in addition to a strong GPA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization in New York. Salary is up to $55K with paid OT and a bonus!
