TheRecovery / ResolutionRepresentative Associate will work with our internalOperations Team to support the audit process. This position coordinates withthe Audit Correspondence team and the Scheduling team to perform data entry. You will be matching medical records to thecorresponding claims in our internal database and then entering those recordsinto the system making them accessible to our team of auditors for review. Youmust be willing to perform a repetitive task and have good computer andkeyboard skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. This position is a key part of our process andwill require building strong and collegial relationships with our internalteams.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Process incoming mail
  • Retrieve, sort and scan all medical records, appeals and signoffs
  • Download records from fax inboxes, portals, secure emails, copy services and FTPs
  • Match records to the corresponding claim in our internal database, and enter the record into the system for our team of auditors to access and review
  • Learn to utilize ChartPoint, our internal suite of office applications
  • Understand the lifecyle of a claim as it moves through the business
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by manager
  • Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Works with others as part of a team
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word (create/edit documents), MS Outlook (send/receive emails) and MS Excel (data entry, manipulation of spreadsheets)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous processing claims experience
  • Experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

  • Works independently and able to perform a repetitive task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and work as a part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
