General Administrative and clerical support
Order Entry, Shipping, Customer support
Answering and filtering calls, as well as taking detailed messages
Scanning, faxing, copying, emailing
Maintaining electronic copies of shipping documentation, orders, and freight claims
Filing all documentation with full copies of original order, sales order, invoice, freight cost, and claim paperwork
Credit Card Processing
Invoicing and sending tracking information to sales team and or customers



Job Requirements:

Customer service experience required
Shipping and Receiving experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, other customer service systems a plus
Grammar and business English
Ability to multi-task and work overtime on an "as needed" basis
Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Maintain confidentiality
