Hedge Fund located in Greenwich, CT is seeking to hire an Office Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone to start or continue their career at a growing, mid-sized firm. You will be the face of the firm and managing the day to day operations to make sure everything is efficient and runs smoothly. These responsibilities include booking travel for a team of 9, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, meeting and greeting guests, overseeing the conference rooms by setting them up and breaking down, ordering and stocking supplies, lunches, and food deliveries, processing expenses, completing research, ad hoc projects and more. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree and at least 1+ years of corporate, administrative experience preferably out of a financial institution. Daily hours are 8-5 or 9-6 based on the daily needs of the firm. Accessibility to answer emails after office hours is required. Salary is up to $70K + benefits + discretionary bonus. Please note this office is located in Greenwich, Connecticut.
