Multi-Functional Account Analyst Seeking a Multi-Functional Account Analyst for a fantastic career opportunity in Schenectady, NY. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply! Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Compensation: $18.00 per hour (plus benefits) Enhanced Annual Benefits included in Employment:

  • Process transactional kick-off's
  • Process weekly A/P holds/FieldCore invoices
  • Create SR's
  • Order parts and consumables
  • Create PO's (excluding cranes)
  • Update Smart Sheet with correct categories
  • Maintain Hub Transactional Tracker
  • Update job statuses
  • Provide comments for active jobs
  • Update cost/revenue information
  • Add new quotes to hub tracker from the master tracker (weekly)
  • Maintain PO tracker (Hub tracker)
  • Create cost summaries for completed jobs and send to Sales/Execution team for approval
  • Create billing packages and send to FOL/TL for invoicing
  • Archive files and emails to company inbox once jobs are completed and invoiced
  • Verify hours/materials and send for approval
  • Receive invoices from supplier
  • Assist with troubleshooting requests for assigned hub
  • Help with debriefing issues
  • Complete variance file when provided by FOL
  • Explain variances between tracker and General Ledger (GL) costs
  • Review for any possible unknown costs
  • Investigate any missing costs or issues with variances
  • Host weekly call with hub site managers to receive status updates pertaining to jobs
  • Process additional requests from site managers that come into shared email box (additional SR's, PO's, parts etc.)
    • Keep job folders in the box; Organize under each WIP
    • Should contain all relevant emails pertaining to that specific job (For coverage reasons, while out someone will be able to pick up work)
  • Attend weekly Sales Manager (SM) and Execution calls
  • Prepare updates from SM call for weekly meeting with TL
  • Update JCE's and upload them to the company's inbox for execution teams to review
  • Submit cost move forms to FOL/TL as needed
  • Submit accrual worksheet at the EOQ as needed


  • At least 1 year of experience in Finance, or recently earned bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with strong emphasis in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, V lookup, charts, graphs)
  • Previous experience using Service Max, Oracle, Salesforce and/or Cognos is a plus
  • Prior data entry experience
  • Possess an understanding of reconciliation, variances, etc.

  • Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
