Summary

The client is seeking a Marketing Product Manager to develop and implement marketing strategy to drive growth and profitability of existing and new product portfolios in the MedTech space.

Client Details

The client is a leading AI-Based leader based in Rockland County, with a specialization in medical diagnostics providing doctors with cost effective resources in early pre-cancer cell identification.

Description

  • Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders such as sales, managed care, clinical teams, finance, regulatory, legal, R&D and healthcare professionals to create and execute a 3 - 5 year strategic plan
  • Lead projects and programs with strong understanding in clinical, technical and economic attributes to support market development across multiple physician specialties
  • Analyze and articulate market attractiveness, growth opportunities, risks and mitigations
  • Function as a central resource for product related inquiries from the field personnel and customers
  • Demonstrate command of clinical literature and knowledge of procedures and develop strong clinical and economic arguments
  • Monitor competitive landscape and learn competitive technologies, products, strategies, strengths and weaknesses
  • Create and execute comprehensive competitive responses and objection handling plan
  • Support field activities such as sales demos, presentations, hands-on workshops, education and lead generation
  • Contribute to and train sales and field personnel on positioning and messaging
  • Contribute to achievement of sales goals and managing expense budget
  • Identify key customers thought-leaders and establish relationships while working with sales team to build product advocates
  • Work cohesively and collaboratively with marketing communications to build brand, deliver messaging and marketing tools, build awareness and buzz to generate market pull
  • Manage relationships with professional societies and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop client-ready and executive presentations with quantitative arguments and qualitative data sets
  • Work with data to drive segmentation and enhance effectiveness of targeting and campaigns
  • Develop and monitor key campaign metrics and analyze trends to optimize the performance of existing and future campaigns
  • Plan, develop, execute and track projects in timely and effective manners
  • Command strong understanding of regulatory and compliance procedures in medical and healthcare marketing

Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales or related business management role
  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience with medical diagnostics/devices, preferably related to GI Endoscopy
  • Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment
  • Proven ability to drive success in an entrepreneurial organization, working with different internal and external/customer cultures
  • Demonstrable blend of analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, and innovative and pragmatic approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel 25% - 40%, mostly domestic
