Summary

The CFO will report directly to the CEO of the company and will be primarily responsible for all capital raising efforts for the firm. Additionally, they will manage all Financial operations for the company and will be deeply integrated into its portfolio.

Description

  • Oversee and spearhead all capital raising efforts which includes working with other investment firms, investors, and banks to prepare investment information / raise funds.
  • Provide strategic direction on all financial matter for the company.
  • Oversight of monthly and quarterly close
  • Structure complex financing to achieve initiatives of the company
  • Work in coordination with CEO to evaluate and secure financing options for acquisitions.
  • Oversee accounting, finance, and operational staff

Profile

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with capital raising. They will be able to work hand in hand with the CEO of the firm in all capital raising efforts while also running the day to day of the operational side of the business. They will have extensive experience working with outside investors, investment firms, and banks to raise funds. This person will come from a financial background and ideally will experience managing a team of operational professionals.

Commensurate with Experience as there is no set salary band
