Nesco Resource has an immediate need for a Level 1 - 2 Field Tech/ Desktop Support Analyst in White Plains, NY. The role is focused on Windows, Active Directory, Office 365 and SonicWall experience.
IMMEDIATE NEED/LEVEL 1/2 FIELD TECH
- Computer and networking knowledge
- IT operations and desktop support
- Handle helpdesk ticket system
- Handle requests and tickets on vendor support
- Research for IT purchases
- knowledge of Office 365 products & services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Apple is a optional plus.
- Excellent communication and business acumen
- Good organizational and people skill
- Good phone skills
Preferred IT product Knowledge
- VEEAM backup software
- antivirus software
- Microsoft Active Directory
- HyperV experience is a plus
- Help Desk: 2 years (Required)
