We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator who is looking for an opportunity to perform administrative tasks and promote strong customer service within the Service Center environment for a growing, privately held company

Primary Duties

Advocate for partners to adopt and correctly utilize the WorkMarket platform including addressing emails, phone calls, and questions about the program adoption

Onboard new business partners and assist with maintaining compliance

Recruit and source field technicians to support service and project teams, especially those that require specific skills, licenses, or experience and training

Work closely with the accounting team to address and reconcile timely PO/RP payments to field resources

Personally maintain advanced user standards of proficiency levels within CRM/ERP and WorkMarket

Dispatch CRM cases to meet service and PMO criteria of ETA and resource needs

Create assignments, groups, and manage all activities within WorkMarket while maintaining CRM integrity of phase/status/ETA/PO and communications

Work closely with the accounting team to address and reconcile timely PO/RP payments to field resources

Personally maintain advanced user standards of proficiency levels within CRM/ERP and WorkMarket

Dispatch CRM cases to meet service and PMO criteria of ETA and resource needs

Issue work orders to subcontractors (partners) and purchase orders within CRM/ERP

Establish, capture, report, and use KPI metrics and data within WorkMarket

Control labor spend to meet or beat budgets and escalate if at risk or exceeding set thresholds

Work with Field Resources team to manage internal tech schedule, schedule QC, training, and internal technicians
