Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the incumbent has full responsibility for the recruitment cycle for US operations for a wide variety of professional roles. From conducting intake meetings with managers, through the use of innovative candidate sourcing and attraction strategies, you will be recognized for your efficiency and leadership in the selection of candidates and by the way you support managers during interviews. You will stand out for the quality of the experience that you provide to candidates through the various stages of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities :
  • Work in collaboration with managers and HR business partners and play an advisory role throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify, recommend and implement various candidate attraction strategies using social media and various recruitment platforms to target and recruit the best talent
  • Collaborate and provide advice and support to managers regarding behavioral interviews aligned with our values and with our employment value proposition
  • Assess and implement new trends and best practices in talent acquisition so as to participate in the improvement of recruitment and selection processes and tools
  • Establish, maintain and partner with external sources including educational institutions, associations and other relevant organizations to promote our brand and vibrant culture
  • Participate and help with employer brand initiatives
  • Provide various reports (candidates, open positions, etc.) to internal clients
  • Participate or be responsible for projects within the HR team
  • Produce various reports, comparative analysis and market analysis. Produce general information documents related to the company's Talent and Employee Experience
  • Partner with the Human Resources Business Partners on the end to end recruitment process to meet the needs of the business
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree degree in human resources, business administration or a related field

Work Experience:
• 5+ years of business experience in a talent acquisition role
• Experience and good knowledge of recruitment for all job levels
• Experience in the telecommunications industry would be an asset

If you've worked with the Google suite for business before, great. You will have a head start in your onboarding process.

Additional skills:
• Proven track record of proactively sourcing and screening talent via social media and other platforms
• Experience with a variety of Applicant Tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Flexibility and agility in a context where priorities and needs change and evolve rapidly
• Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously
• Team player and highly focused on understanding and delivering the best candidate experience
• Ability to establish relationship and collaborate with all functions and levels of the business
• Ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external clients
• Discretion with regard to confidential information
